I would like to thank Mark for the fabulous job he did of sourcing, collecting and fitting my new lounge carpet. He originally came to measure up, armed with a whole host of sample books for me to choose from, with a range of styles, colours and price.

He gave me a price for the cost of purchasing the carpet, underlay and trims. The room was finally decorated and as I know and trust Mark, I was able to give him a key to let himself in after collecting the carpet. He fitted it with little mess and no fuss. Mark removed all the off cuts saving me a trip to the tip.

Roof-Rite recently asked Mark Ward Flooring for advice on carpet for our new offices. We were very happy with the advice but even happier when the price quoted to supply and fit was cheaper than we had been quoted just for supply.

Mark asked us if we also wanted a door mat. I agreed but didn’t expect what was delivered. Our logo had been inserted into the mat which makes our office stand out from competitors.

Mark collected the carpets from the retailer free of charge and then fitted them. 

Mark and his assistant were both polite and efficient and helped us to move some items of furniture that we were unable to move ourselves.

We are very pleased with the results. The carpets have made our home a warm and cosy environment. 

It is incredibly satisfying to see the rooms that are now complete with a lovely well fitted carpet.
